A few years ago, I realized that my family was tired of the boring, run-of-the-mill vacations I had always booked. They didn't want to drive to another state to visit grandma, and they were really tired of dealing with being stuck in the car. To improve things, I decided to invest in a resort package. I didn't tell my kids, and instead, I just surprised them after we got on the plane. They were super excited, and I was really thrilled to take everyone some place really fun.
